A little lesson in preloved

I had the best time last week, training the Roots retail teams, about preloved.  It is so exciting  to see our product in other stores.  The excitement for me never wears off!!  ( as you will see it the video) The retail staff at the Roots stores are an amazing group of people.  Full of energy , eager to learn, and my goodness I had no idea of how badly they all needed mitts!!   I am so thrilled to be apart of this great team.  Keep up the great work guys!
